S & S Logistics was born in 2010 from a simple conviction: that South Asia's extraordinary natural wealth — its teeming waters, fertile deltas, and sun-drenched orchards — deserved a world-class conduit to global buyers.
Our founders began by aggregating fish catches from small-scale fishermen along the Chittagong coastline and connecting them to buyers in the Middle East. The trust they built — with fishermen, with freight forwarders, with customs authorities — became the bedrock of everything S & S stands for today.
Over fifteen years, we expanded into tropical fruits, vegetables, jute, fabrics, leather, and industrial scrap, always with the same principle: absolute quality at every stage of the supply chain, from source to shelf.
Today S & S Logistics serves importers across Europe, the Middle East, East Asia, and North America, with two dedicated brand verticals — AquaBounty for seafood and TropiqHarvest for tropical fruits — and more to follow.
Key Milestones

Leadership Team
With 20+ years in South Asian trade and logistics, Mr. M.A.G Osmani built S & S Logistics from a local trading venture into a multi-category export powerhouse.
Mr. Saiful oversees all international shipments, documentation, and compliance, having personally coordinated over 1,200 export consignments.
Mr. Rasal leads supplier relationships, field quality checks, and cold-chain operations across our seafood and produce supply networks.
